Responsible for the design of digital interface circuit in mixed signal chip.

Responsible for front-end coding, simulation and verification of digital modules, back-end processes, including verification, synthesis, timing optimization, etc., and complete layout and wiring.

Specification of digital circuit chips and modules.

At least 5 years working experience in ASIC / SOC, bachelor degree or above.

Familiar with digital circuits and digital analog hybrid integrated circuits, proficient in Verilog / VHDL and other hardware description languages, familiar with C / C + + and Perl / shell script languages, and experience in FPGA development and verification.

Familiar with I2C, SPI, Mipi RFFE and other digital interface protocols, I2C, Mipi RFFE development experience is preferred.

The module is synthesized and the timing analysis is carried out.

Be able to skillfully use TCL / Perl and other scripts to complete the digital design process.
