1. Lead the design and commissioning of GaN / HBT power amplifier module according to the requirements of key customers, quickly respond to the needs of key customers and solve the problems raised by customers in time

Technical problems;

2. Focus on the development and optimization of external matching of power amplifier, high-efficiency RF power amplifier circuit design and other technologies;

3. Assist in planning product series and feed back customer needs and competitor information in time;

4. Prepare product application documents, participate in technical meetings, publish technical articles, and participate in various marketing activities.

5. Be responsible for product release and listing preparation, market performance tracking after listing, termination of old products and follow-up services;

6. Product series / generation management, update product related documents, and timely transmit product updates to the market;

7. Formulate the cooperation rules between departments from product order to final delivery on schedule, as well as the flow rules of orders and products;

8. Deal with product orders, organize mass production of products, balance customer demand, coordinate the matching of internal and external customer orders with production line capacity and supply chain resources, organize calculation and feedback on delivery date, track and promote delivery on schedule;

9. Track and maintain reasonable inventory;

10. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
